Zusammenfassung

Sodexo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and emails, ensuring customers receive information and assistance and are satisfied with our service. The role is remote but located in Phoenix with travel to the office for trainings and meetings.

You will screen and manage communications, address routine inquiries, escalate complex issues as needed, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality while supporting operations and scheduling.

Qualifikationen

Pay Range: $23.5 per year - $25 per year

• Serve as a primary point of contact by screening and managing telephone calls, visitors, and communications effectively.
• Responsible for ensuring customers receive an adequate level of service with their questions, concerns and/or issues.
• Answers/responds to routine questions and inquiries from customers via the telephone, Internet, fax and other technologies, using established fact-finding procedures, customer service methodologies, knowledge of pertinent processes and procedures, and familiarity with policies, vendors and specified products/services
• Consults with or transfers more difficult issues to the Rep II or management.
• Communicate maintaining professionalism and confidentiality across all interactions.
