Sodexo is seeking an experienced talent sourcing professional to drive full-cycle recruiting and staffing strategies for its Data Center Solutions business. This fully remote role can be performed from anywhere in the continental United States.

You will shape talent strategies, elevate candidate experience, and partner across teams to deliver efficient hiring processes and meaningful career journeys. Incentive eligibility applies to the role as part of Sodexo's compensation plan.

About the job

In this role, you will help shape the future of Sodexo’s workforce by driving innovative talent sourcing, recruitment, and staffing strategies that connect the right people to the right opportunities. You’ll play a vital part in elevating the candidate and employee experience, partnering across teams to deliver seamless hiring processes and meaningful career journeys.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $74290 - $115500

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

Requirements

• Education Requirement: High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 3 years
• Related Experience: 3 years
