Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to guide managers on performance and conduct, resolve sensitive workplace issues, and uphold fair, consistent HR processes across the organization. This remote role favors candidates in California or with California Employment Law knowledge.

With access to enterprise systems and data, you’ll help shape a positive employee experience and strengthen compliance and accountability across the organization.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $74290 - $115500
