Job summary

Wander in Austin is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist property managers using WanderOS to power direct bookings, guest marketing, and payments.

You'll respond to questions via email, chat, and phone, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide customers through onboarding of their WanderOS website, listings, and integrations. No SaaS experience required, but an interest in learning complex systems and helping customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to customers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with limited guidance.
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations concurrently.
• Willingness to learn new software and SaaS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone in a timely, friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot basic account, website, and booking issues; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and setup of WanderOS websites, listings, and integrations.
• Document customer interactions to improve help center and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and flag recurring bugs.
