Job summary

Briggs Roofing Company is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to act as a primary contact for customers and help ensure a high-quality service experience. You will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, confirm details, resolve concerns, maintain records, and assist with payment collection in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel preferred.
• Ability to maintain customer information in CRM systems.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls, manage voicemail and AI phone inquiries, and greet office visitors.
• Log customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer information and communication history in the CRM.
• Enter and assign new leads and notify the appropriate sales team members.
• Monitor AI-scheduled appointments and send customer confirmations and reminders.
• Communicate project start dates and schedule changes to customers and document updates in the CRM.
• Support the sales and production teams with customer communication and administrative needs.
• Retrieve and scan incoming mail daily, route documents to the appropriate departments, and maintain organized physical and digital files.
• Immediately scan and forward legal, financial, banking, insurance, government, certified, lien, or other time-sensitive mail to the Owner on the day it is received.
• Support social media by posting completed projects, sharing company updates, monitoring customer interactions, and notifying leadership of relevant reviews.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
