Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions to attract customers and upsell.
• Open and maintain customer accounts with accurate information.
• Resolve problems by clarifying, diagnosing, and expediting solutions.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email and live chat professionally.
• Manage order fulfillment and monitor delivery deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and service processes.
• Serve as point of contact for consumers regarding product and technical questions.
• Assist in showroom as a backup when needed.
