Richardson Sports Inc is seeking a Customer Support all-star to join our team in Houston. You will be the primary contact for our authorized dealers and distributors across multiple sales divisions, delivering championship-level service and solving issues to help accounts find the best solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and a tech-savvy approach with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Customer service experience required: 1+ year in a related role.
• Relationship management skills for accounts and distributors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and fast computer keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with accounts and distributors.
• Process stock and custom purchase orders across divisions.
• Communicate product information, inventory, and delivery timelines.
• Develop knowledge of Richardson’s product lineup and services.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and managers to ensure service excellence.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining positive relationships.
