Job summary

Richardson is hiring a Customer Support all-star to engage with authorized dealers and distributors across Team, Corporate, and Outdoor sales divisions. You will provide championship-level service, resolve issues, and guide accounts to the best solutions for their needs.

You’ll work with a focused, energetic team in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication to connect with customers and teammates.
• At least one year in a customer service-related role.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role with client relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong computer/keyboard skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with accounts by providing exceptional service.
• Process stock and custom purchase orders from dealers and distributors across three sales divisions.
• Communicate product information, inventory availability, and delivery timelines to accounts.
• Develop knowledge of Richardson’s product lineup and services.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and managers to ensure excellent service.
• Assist customers in resolving issues while maintaining positive relationships.
