Job summary

Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting in NW Houston seeks a Customer Account Coordinator to own the post-sale process, serving as the customer’s main contact and ensuring delivery and installation stay on track.

You will manage accounts, coordinate delivery and installation with customers and internal teams, keep customers informed, handle questions and changes, and track order details in the company system. 3+ years of customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, account support, order management, or similar experience.
• Experience supporting customers after the sale is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a 'make it happen' mentality.
• Takes ownership and follows through from start to finish.

Customer Account Coordinator - NW Houston

We're looking for a strong customer service professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making sure customers get what they were promised.

Once an order is finalized, you'll take over as the customer's main point of contact, coordinating with customers, installers, the warehouse, and internal teams to keep everything on track through delivery and installation.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting customers after the sale strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills with a "make it happen" mentality

• Comfortable juggling multiple customers and changing priorities
• Strong Outlook and general computer skills
