Magnescale Americas Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Customer Support & Supply Chain Representative. This full-time role requires coordinating logistics and providing customer support for Magnescale product lines.

The position handles invoices, shipping documents, and daily shipping plans, while acting as a liaison between the company, carriers, and customers. A bachelor's degree is preferred and prior logistics/supply chain experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics/supply chain is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical products knowledge or customer call representative is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and submit invoices and shipping documents for the importation of Magnescale products.
• Ensure the daily shipping plan is created and distributed to multiple origin points nationally.
• Pack correctly and ensure safety for shipping products.
• Act as a liaison between our company, carriers, and customers.
• Communicate effectively with multiple operational levels to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of Magnescale products.
• Stock products and manage warehouse under supervisor's management; maintain 3S in the warehouse area.
• Assist service representatives, sales and Administration manager with necessary product information.
• Identify and resolve issues related to product shipments and deliveries.
