Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and multi-tasking is required.
• Ability to learn RGEC Tariff, policies and procedures.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and advanced spreadsheet development.
• Strong typing and keyboarding skills.
• Spanish language ability is preferred.
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
• Capable of effective oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Train CSRs on all aspects of the position.
• Interpret and explain RGEC Tariff to members.
• Process new accounts and maintain existing accounts including service orders and credit checks.
• Handle billing, payments, and daily cash drawer balancing.
• Enter and track crew timesheets and GL coding.
• Prepare service orders, investigations, and reports.
• Support area offices and dispatch with calls and radio communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety rules.
