One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Customer Support Executive in the United States.

This role offers an opportunity to be the frontline of customer engagement in a fast-paced, globally expanding B2B marketplace. As a Customer Support Executive, you will resolve customer inquiries and issues via live chat, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring a smooth user experience across logistics, orders, and platform functionalities. You will act as an internal advocate for customers, collaborate across departments, and help improve support processes and customer satisfaction metrics. The position is fully remote, with a Saturday-Wednesday schedule and flexible shift options in CST or PST.

Accountabilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers through live chat, WhatsApp, and email
  2. Resolve issues related to orders, logistics, website bugs, and user experience
  3. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, advocating for customer needs
  4. Adapt quickly to product updates and process changes
  5. Track performance using KPIs such as resolution time and response rate
  6. Set personal performance goals to contribute to team success
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in online customer support, preferably with live chat platforms
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage support across various tools
  • Proactive, customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Clear, assertive communication skills for internal feedback
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
