Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are required.
• Familiarity with Domo and Tableau visualization tools is expected.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for 3rd-party and fleet operations.
• Analyze financial budget data and provide forecasting support.
• Develop operational dashboards using visualization tools.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• Organize data into accessible reports and perform various analyses using key metrics.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to inform decisions.
• Prepare reports and projections based on analysis.
• Identify trends in fleet and 3rd-party performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Provide financial models and forecasting.
