Russell Tobin is recruiting for a Customer Support / Account Representative in Columbus, OH, for a financial-services client. The role starts with remote training, then transitions to on-site 5 days/week in Columbus, with a possible hybrid schedule after six months.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and experience in high-volume customer service. Pay rate is $18-$19 per hour on W2, for a 6+ month assignment.
