Job summary

MGP Ingredients is seeking an first-line Sales Order Coordinator to handle customer purchase orders, enter them into ERP, and monitor fulfillment in coordination with Logistics and the sales team.

The role requires strong typing, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment at our Saint Louis corporate office. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1+ year related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter inbound purchase orders into ERP and verify accuracy.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with Logistics and sales teams.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers; process credits and memos.
• Assist cross-functional team to ensure timely fulfillment of special orders.
