Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive core user metrics (e.g., NPS, Cancellation Ratio, CSAT).
• Triage and fix root causes of poor user experience across multiple orgs; feedback loops to prevent repeats.
• Serve as product manager/project owner for feature launches and software automation projects.
