Target Specialty Products is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative in California who can work independently to support branch coverage areas and promote the product line. The role focuses on achieving marketing, financial, and growth objectives while strengthening client relationships for ongoing success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling calls, assisting with returns, processing backorders, and entering licence information for restricted items.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands‑on customer support experience.
• Strong knowledge of office applications including Google Suite.
• High level of personal organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer Customer Calls, provide appropriate assistance.
• Assist RDCs with customer service related questions and returns.
• Assist Customer Service Manager with special projects.
• Identify backorders and assist with immediate fulfilment.
• Input required licence information for customers seeking restricted items.
• Provide all customers with status of purchases for material requirements if applicable for Backorder.
• Complete all required safety training.
