Qualifications

• Experience in strategic and operational roles at high-growth tech firms or consultancies.

• Strong analytical rigor and comfort owning data, metrics, and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and scale Customer Success foundations, including processes, cadences, and reporting infrastructure.
• Measure performance, develop forecasts and dashboards, and drive data-informed improvements.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to improve CS efficiency, scalability, and impact.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical requirements and lead delivery.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews.
