Job summary

ID Technology LLC in York, PA, part of ProMach, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Greydon brand. You’ll manage customer inquiries, process orders, and protect strong client relationships with accuracy and professionalism.

You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organization. A high school diploma is required, with a two-year degree or relevant certification preferred and at least one year of sales or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Two-year degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• 1 year or more experience in sales &/or customer service.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs & relate to production processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process, track and expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy.
• Address shipment and delivery inquiries.
• Follow up as appropriate with internal support teams and customer.
• Maintain excellent records.
• Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes.
• Coordinate special project tasks.
• Utilize company tools for order follow up and communication with customers.
