Job summary

PTSolutions is seeking a customer service representative to act as a liaison between customers and internal teams in our Saginaw, MI facility. You will process orders, provide product information, and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Training will be provided to effectively use our systems and discuss our products. The role emphasizes patient, detail-oriented communication and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written and interpersonal channels.
• Proficient use of Windows computer and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established policies.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers on order status and product knowledge.
• Respond to quotes and product information requests via phone and email.
• Handle customer issues with appropriate solutions and follow up for resolution.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Develop customer relationships and inform customers of current sales and marketing programs.
