PTSolutions, a leading supplier of industrial tools with a nationwide footprint, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saginaw, MI. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, handling orders, providing product information, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include processing orders, answering status inquiries, and supporting sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required.
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills.
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with and contribute to a customer-focused company.
• Must have the ability to establish rapport and build demand over the phone.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers when requests for order status updates are received.
• Respond to quotes and product information requests via phone and email with product knowledge.
• Handle customer issues, provide solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Partner with the sales team and other internal teams to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Develop customer relationships and inform customers of current sales and marketing programs.
• Close sales opportunities identified and perform other duties as assigned.
