Job summary

The A List Staffing is seeking a Client Success Specialist in a hybrid role to support our growing AI and data consulting client base across the US. You will own the support queue for RFP and help desk products, diagnose issues, and help ensure customer satisfaction as our solutions scale.

You’ll work across QA and client success functions, documenting learnings, writing clear bug reports, and partnering with account teams to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years in a customer-facing technical role (support/QA/CS) at a B2B software/AI company.
• Comfort reading logs, testing APIs via Postman, and understanding AI-powered products.
• Ability to write clean bug reports engineers can act on.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the support queue for RFP and help desk products; acknowledge, diagnose, and resolve or escalate.
• Triage incoming issues: config questions, bugs, feature requests, and billing routing.
• Maintain customer-facing knowledge base and FAQs with recurring answers.
• Participate in QA: attend meetings, understand builds, and write test cases.
• Run manual regression before releases and build automated coverage where sensible.
• File reproducible bug tickets and verify fixes before closure.
• Act as the final go/no-go to ship and surface risks to the team.
• Partner with the practice manager on account health and client success.
• Proactively check in with key customers and spot expansion opportunities.
• Flag at-risk accounts before churn and communicate timely signals to BD.
