Job summary

Specialty Appliances LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team serving orthodontic and dental offices. You will answer product questions, resolve issues, and help drive sales through meaningful conversations.

Requirements include experience in a high-volume call center, fluency in English, and the ability to read and write professionally. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, and familiarity with dental terminology is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Knowledge of Orthodontic / Dental terminology is a plus.
• English reading, writing, speaking fluency is required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, and professional tone.
• Customer-focused and empathetic with problem solving.
• Able to upsell or cross-sell appropriately.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organized, detail-oriented, multitasks well.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Provide knowledgeable support regarding appliances, products, and services.
• Assist customers promptly with orders, questions, or concerns.
• Build strong relationships and trust with clients.
• Provide information on ship dates and fabrication timelines.
• Educate and cross-sell customers as appropriate.
• Take retail orders and process returns as needed.
• Remain calm and professional with all customers.
• Protect confidentiality of company information and follow PPE rules.
• Understand how performance impacts company success.
