Job summary

No prior experience is needed as we provide full training; you must read, write, and speak English with clear communication. Ability to work in the USA and pass background checks and drug tests is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Reply to emails, social media or connect the consumer to the proper department.
• Maintain professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every caller.
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
• Schedule appointments and create an optimal route for technicians.
• Represent and promote the brand.
• Assist with billing issues.
• Support management with ongoing tasks.
• Bilingual is a plus.
