Talentify in Hartford, CT is hiring a Customer Success Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers, resolving questions and processing service requests while delivering an outstanding experience. You will work with multiple departments to ensure timely support and grow within a rapidly expanding environmental services organization.

You don't need prior call center experience; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Assist customers with account information, scheduling, and service requests.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries and account concerns.
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately within company systems.
• Document customer interactions and service updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on open customer requests.
• Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
