Job summary

Talentify in Independence Township, OH is seeking a customer-focused professional to research, resolve, and document client inquiries and policy questions. You will handle payments, support recruiting and marketing efforts, and collaborate with Agency and Sales teams to meet office goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, identifying client problems/issues, providing and initiating effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interpret and convey business needs between field and home office clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prepare correspondence, reports, and forms using prescribed formats; strong telephone etiquette.
• Maintaining calm and professional demeanor when handling demanding situations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and manage large amounts of information/documents.
• Attention to detail in handling high volumes of work.
• Effective interaction and communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide examples from work experience demonstrating accuracy with high workloads and multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional and courteous service to internal and external clients; makes independent decisions regarding client requests and resolution of client concerns, escalating to management as necessary.
• Identifies marketing and recruiting event opportunities and submits potential sales leads during client interactions.
• Champions proactive client retention by obtaining client feedback and working with management to conserve policies.
• Maintains accurate information across systems and documentation related to product information and procedures.
• Collaborates with Operations and Support to support other offices and adjust workload while preserving service levels.
• Promotes a culture of open communication, integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and urgency.
• Prepares and delivers bank deposit transactions and balances cashbook and bank accounts per guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
