The CSR/Tracking Coordinator maintains order accuracy and superior service, working Friday through Monday, with either 7am–6pm or 8am–7pm shifts. This position emphasizes problem-solving and proactive customer communication.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background, preferably logistics, with phone experience.
• Proficiency with AS400 and MS Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace all shipments and load statuses.
• Process EDI as required (key account/OEM).
• Update and maintain transportation management and operation systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers.
• Answer customer inquiries in line with satisfaction standards.
