Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• Supply chain, logistics or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace all shipments and load status.
• Process EDI as required (key account/OEM).
• Update and maintain transportation management and operation systems.
• Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers.
• Prioritize tasks and workload to focus on issues affecting quality and service.
• Adhere to company standards on customer satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide complex problem resolution and guidance to others.
• Utilize company systems and procedures to process client shipments.
• Maintain regular attendance and be willing to work overtime.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
