Acme Brick Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with strong organizational skills and a personable disposition. You will support the outside sales team, manage customer interactions, and help maintain efficient operations through CRM documentation and timely delivery coordination.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with showroom and field staff to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Inside showroom product sales to support outside sales teams and customers.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from business directories, ads, shows, and online sources.
• Demonstrate products using samples, catalogs, and websites, emphasizing features.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts.
• Responsible for credit and collections regarding sales orders; manage delivery schedules.
• Enter new customer data and sales data into CRM; log customer interactions.
• Investigate and resolve customer delivery issues; attend trade shows and networking events.
