Job summary

Acme Brick Company seeks an Inside Sales Representative to provide strong customer support in Oklahoma City and assist our outside sales team. You will handle quotes, orders, CRM data, and delivery coordination to help maintain efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent organization, communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems expected.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom sales and assist outside sales teams with customers.
• Build sales leads from directories, ads, trade shows, and web sources.
• Quote prices, prepare contracts, and manage credit/collections.
• Track delivery dates and stock levels; enter data into CRM.
• Attend trade shows and networking events as needed.
