We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Representative who is professional, dependable, personable, and passionate about creating a great customer experience.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer journey connecting with customers throughout the day, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping them schedule appointments with ease.

You’ll be the friendly, dependable voice our customers interact with, making sure each conversation feels helpful, professional, and personalized from start to finish!

Requirements:

• Previous call center, appointment scheduling, and office experience preferred

Your Typical Schedule

Monday–Friday: Your schedule will fall between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, based on business needs. Shifts rotate 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, and 10am-7pm.

In office - Albany, NY!

Saturday: Rotation of Saturday morning 7am to 2pm once every 6-8 weeks.
