Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing and Heating Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Representative to engage with customers, answer questions, and schedule appointments from our Albany, NY office.

You will be the friendly voice customers rely on, ensuring every interaction is professional, personal, and helpful. Prior call center or scheduling experience is preferred, with strong communication and multitasking abilities essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, appointment scheduling, and office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to talk with clients and type notes at the same time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a warm, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer journey connecting with customers throughout the day, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping them schedule appointments with ease.

Your Typical Schedule

Monday–Friday:

Your schedule will fall between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, based on business needs. Shifts rotate 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, and 10am-7pm.

In office - Albany, NY!

Saturday:

Rotation of Saturday morning 7am to 2pm once every 6-8 weeks.
