Responsibilities

• Respond to real-time price quotations, order entry, and status updates to customers and sales teams.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and ensure superior service.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and coordinate production using the ERP system.
• Maintain complete CRM records to support sales goals.
• Coordinate delivery times with production to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with production for will call and customer pickup activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and specs to support projects.
• Work with multiple functions and vendors to handle customer feedback.
• Assist in management of freight and warranty claims.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
