Premium Metals, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as liaison between our customers and internal teams, handling order placement, changes, status, and shipment scheduling.

You will respond to inquiries and support Account Executives and Inside Sales in growing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of previous customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships with customers, Account Executives, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Account Executives, customers, and vendors to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Handle order placement, changes, status, and shipment scheduling; respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Maintain reports and files including contract performance, inventory, customer contact lists, and shipping logs.
• Create and data-entry of sales orders verifying customer specifications, costs, and packaging.
