• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large workload and multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, follow-up, and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable answering incoming calls and assisting customers professionally.
• Dependable, positive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, order processing, or operations support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and contractor orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Set up new customer accounts and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
• Welcome new customers and provide clear information about coolCARE services, processes, and next steps.
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, helpful customer support.
• Ship marketing materials and track requests through completion.
• Update and maintain customer profiles, contact information, and account details.
• Support internal sales, service, and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed.
• Use Microsoft Office programs to prepare documents, manage information, track activity, and support daily workflow.
