Greco and Sons, Inc. is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to provide direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers.

The role focuses on resolving customer needs quickly and accurately via phone and email, with a strong emphasis on order management and clear communication. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders and credits, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong telephone communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers.
• Key pick-up requests; handle transportation/routing on delivery questions.
• Process will-call orders.
• Provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits.
• Maintain call list.
• Monitor orders before the cut-off.
• Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company (OPCO).
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
