Job summary

Molly Maid in Katy, TX is hiring for a full-time sales and customer service lead. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. You will answer calls, book estimates, and coordinate schedules while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

We offer hands-on training, warm leads, branded apparel, a stable schedule, ongoing development, and a team-focused culture. Starting pay is $14 per hour with incentives and paid time off after one year.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Available to work 7:00am start time.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Kick off our day!- Connect with our teams and set them up for a successful day. Manage and monitor teams’ performance through efficient scheduling.
• Grow and retain customers- Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Jump in - Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and be ready to jump in where needed.
