Molly Maid in Lawrence, MA is seeking an Estimator to price quotes for cleaning services and convert warm leads into sales. You’ll meet clients in their home and over the phone, communicating professionally to build trust and close deals.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience, with the ability to make an additional up to $10,000 per year in bonuses. Use our proven sales process to reach weekly, monthly and yearly targets, EARN EVEN MORE with our attractive incentives!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00, based on experience, plus bonuses dependent on your ability to WOW delight customers with your professionalism, ability to connect, mastery of our sales process and ability to convert warm leads to sales.

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about your home; make a connection and you’ll win.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator.
• Support operations – Your in depth knowledge of customers is valuable to maintaining customer satisfaction.
