Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $24.00 per hour paid weekly. If you delight customers using our proven processes and reach weekly and monthly targets, earn even more with our attractive incentives!

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customers and employees by following our process and training while being yourself to delight everyone.
• Communicate with customers and employees in a friendly, positive, and professional manner; act as brand ambassador, train cleaning staff on processes and quality, coach staff, and celebrate good work.
• Perform quality checks; coach staff, celebrate good work, and develop relationships to satisfy and retain customers.
• Build our culture and team by interviewing, hiring, and training individuals; embrace teamwork and energize the team.
• Kick off our day by connecting with teams, setting them up for a successful day, and managing and monitoring performance.
• Jump in by returning customer calls, responding to complaints, and training and growing professionally.
