Molly Maid is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Elyria, Ohio, offering competitive pay from $15 to $18 per hour. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through phone communications, scheduling services, and promoting a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient with technology, particularly Microsoft Office. Shift availability is Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends, ensuring a better work-life balance.

Compensation

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. Use our proven sales process to reach weekly and monthly targets, EARN EVEN MORE with our attractive incentives!

The pay range for this position is $15-$18 and is dependent on your experience. Paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customers – Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers. Do this, and we’ll celebrate milestones as a team and have fun in the process!
