Mina Garner - State Farm Agent is seeking a relationship-driven professional to support existing customers with policy and billing needs while identifying opportunities to protect them through consultative conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, banking, hospitality, or insurance is a plus.
• Insurance licensing is required for the role, but not required to start; training/coaching will be provided.
• Team-oriented with ownership and follow-through is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, changes/updates, and general account support.
• Provide a smooth customer experience through phone, email, text, and in-person communication.
• Use needs-based conversations to identify gaps, make recommendations, and offer additional products when appropriate.
• Follow up on quotes, requests, and open items to ensure excellent service and strong retention.
• Stay organized with documentation, activity tracking, and timely follow-through.
• Work closely with the team to meet service standards and achieve sales goals.
