Carlos Munoz - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through customer relations and marketing of State Farm products. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining relationships, handling inquiries on coverage, billing, and claims, and promoting long-lasting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
