Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Customer Service Manager and brokers, distributors, and customers to ensure sales orders, inquiries, and issues are resolved with high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between brokers, customers, distributors, and sales teams regarding orders, complaints, and potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate plant production and sales to fulfill customer orders as requested.
• Identify trends or ideas and communicate their relevance to marketing or growth initiatives.
• Review orders and sales trends, assess processing capacity, and source products as needed to fulfill orders.
