Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
• Answer calls and emails with accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Enter sales orders into the ERP system ensuring quotes and POs are correct.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform all other duties as assigned, approaching each task with a positive and proactive attitude.
