Malibu Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Manager in Indianapolis to drive direct sales while delivering exceptional customer support across phone, chat, and email.

You will manage customer accounts, process orders in ERP, coordinate show materials, and identify growth opportunities across departments to improve the customer experience. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment to ensure accurate information and measurable sales results, while

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and sales support processes advantageous.

• Lead phone, chat, email, and support channels; resolve issues and guide customers.
• Promote satisfaction, retention, and positive brand representation across channels.
• Manage customer accounts, orders, and ERP data; provide status updates and confirmations.
