Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC in Pineville, NC is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will assist in person, by phone, or online, pull orders, and support daily branch operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong communication, willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
