Job summary

Autore Oil & Propane is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Cedarville, AL. You will be the point of contact for customers, handling calls, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate account records.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager and delivery teams to support retention, billing, and scheduling, while upholding service standards and company values. Prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing, and scheduling.
• Ability to track details accurately across multiple systems.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Support customer growth and retention by resolving concerns and following up.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations by resolving routing exceptions and updating customer accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, route paperwork, scanning, and account accuracy.
