Job summary

Trane is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fishers, IN. The CSR will position Trane as the preferred provider and ensure customer satisfaction for all existing and future clients.

This position works closely with customers to ensure that their service needs are met. This position will also work closely with Account Managers and Area Service Managers as gatekeepers to all service agreements renewals, and technicians to drive pull through revenue from existing clients, complete estimates

Qualifications

• 4+ years of education in Business or Engineering or 4 years of successful inside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major violations (DUI, hit-and-run, suspensions, or related infractions in the past 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customers to meet/exceed needs, driving satisfaction, quotes and service-growth.
• Assist in account management with existing clients and identify opportunities for add-on services.
• Be the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Service Account Managers to renew services and manage renewals.
• Initiate outbound calls using Salesforce data, WIP, and related systems to generate opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy of asset linkage and follow up on quotes and non-service calls.
