Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a CSR I to deliver exceptional service and support for the Commercial HVAC sales and service portfolio. This on-site role partners with the sales team, develops in-sell opportunities, and supports contract renewals while learning and growing into a customer-facing position.

You will work with account teams to provide quotes, manage service bookings, and drive customer satisfaction while adhering to audit and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with two (2) years related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer orientation towards focus, service and relationship building.
• Effective communication in person, by phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Estimators in estimating and booking Service work.
• Maintain and drive the Service Agreement renewal process including Salesforce Opportunity management.
• Assist in reviewing contract performance, revising estimates, and delivering proposals to customers.
• Support Account Managers with estimating and booking service work for Strategic accounts.
• Identify issues and opportunities related to estimating and booking Service Work.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable for existing customers.
• Meet department growth plans by timely estimating and booking Service work.
• Enter customer opportunities into Salesforce and reflect sales pipeline.
• Other duties as assigned.
