Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Ardmore to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. You will build relationships, counsel customers by phone or in person, and support ownership goals with strong service skills.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue/renewal targets, maintaining account records, and handling merchandise returns and deliveries. The role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work a schedule 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product, operate company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
